Purchase and Delivery

All products available on the website are in stock. We usually  ship the items within 1 business days after placing an order. You should get confirmation of purchase and shipment by email. Some email servers treat these messages as a spam. You have to be aware of that and check the spam box.
 

If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as we possibly can. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Prices

All prices are net prices  without 23% Polish VAT. Customers from ouside UE or buyers from UE with vaild VAT ID will not have to pay VAT fee.The currency is US Dollar but you can choose EUR or PLN.

 
Buying without VAT

If you have a valid EU VAT number or you are located outside UE you will not be charge VAT. During placing an order we check your VAT ID in VIES system. If the confirmation is not possible the VAT amount will be added.


Payment

We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer and Credit Cards ( through przelewy24.pl service). We do not add any extra fee for PayPal and Credit Card payment.


Returns

You have 14 days after receipt of the goods. You have to notify us of your cancellation by email. You are responsible for returning the goods. You have to take reasonable care of the goods. All returned items must be sent by recorded mail. Items  which cannot be resold as new will be rejected for refund and returned to you. 

Warranty

The warranty period is 24 months. During the warranty period if the item develop a fault, you are entitled to a warranty repair or we can replace the product with new one. The warranty repair takes 7-14 bussines days after receiving the item.
