Right of Withdrawal
A consumer and an entrepreneur exercising consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

Properly secure the product you are returning.
Return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal.

Cost of Return
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
Refund
Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest available delivery method offered at the time of ordering.
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of its return — whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used during the purchase, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Liability for Reduction in Product Value
The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to:
- products made to individual order,
- personalised products,
- products that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life,
- products delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened,
- digital content delivered electronically, if fulfilment began with the buyer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period expired.
